When should I contact Medicare Gals for help with my Medicare plan?
We recommend reaching out 3–6 months before your 65th birthday or during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7).
What’s the difference between Medicare Part A and Part B?
Part A covers hospital stays, while Part B covers doctor visits, outpatient care, and preventive services.
Can I change my Medicare plan later?
Yes! You can make changes during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7) or during other special enrollment windows.
Do you only help people in New Braunfels, or can you assist in other areas too?
While we’re based in New Braunfels, we’re licensed in multiple states and can help clients throughout Texas and beyond, virtually or by phone!
Do you offer in-person or virtual consultations?
Yes, we offer both! You can meet us in person in the New Braunfels area or schedule a phone/Zoom appointment.
When should I sign up for Medicare?
Most people should enroll during their Initial Enrollment Period, which starts 3 months before they turn 65.
What do I need to have ready before our appointment?
Just bring your Medicare card (if you have one), a list of your prescriptions, and any questions you have, we’ll take it from there!
